Pumpkin Patch

Saturday I decided that we would take the trip to Dewberry Farms (it's about a 1 1/2 hr trip).  It was well worth it! Besides the pumpkin patch there was a corn maze, petting zoo, flower patch and lots of fun play things for the kids. Considering Gavin did not nap the entire day (we did not get home until 10pm) he was a real trooper. He was happy just to sit and watch everyone and everything. He did go down the BIG slide with Mommy, picked his own tiny pumpkin and strolled through the corn maze. Raegan of course was very picky about her her choice of pumpkin - especially since I decided we would only get smaller ones because it was quite the hike back to the car.  However after serious determination she made her choice. Sean was happy because some of the gang joined in our festivities.

Definately worth the trip! (once  a year)

Happy Birthday Raegan

Raegan celebrated her "10th" birthday on the 7th... She was seriously hoping to receive a cell phone and we actually considered it for a moment.  Unfortunately for her we decided to go with other more age appropriate gifts. She was also hoping for a large slumber party, however we were somewhat undeserving this year ( we are 10 going on 15!). Robert and I are going with-  "you do not receive if you are not worthy!" She had a great birthday anyhow and celebrated with her family. 

Mode of Transportation

This morning Raegan decided she would give her little brother a new means of transportation...He LOVED it! It began slighlty uncomfortable until she added a pillow and blanket. After that he just sat back and enjoyed the ride!
